Maturity 53 days. The mid-sized heads are blue-green, with excellent wrappers and a smooth, uniform appearance. Each head weighs 2-3 lbs. A cool-season crop, sown in early spring for early summer harvest or in mid- to late summer for fall harvest. Harvest the heads when they are firm and brightly colored.
